訓練班：
適合有經驗並能力達要求之跳繩運動員，如校隊成員或有經驗運動員。目標精進技術，參與全港分齡賽、精英賽等大型賽事。
課程專為比賽設計，運動員會鍛練基本技巧，提升速度，挑戰不同高難度花式外，亦需學習音樂配合，表演，比賽評分等知識。

本課程每班人數最少人數為2人。The minimum class size for this course is 2 people.

本公司有權取消報名人數未符理想之課程，或於必要時更改導師及上課時間地點。The company reserves the right to cancel courses if the number of applicants does not meet the ideal number, or to change the instructor, class time and location when necessary.

報名一經接納，報名費將不予退回或轉讓他人。Once the registration is accepted, the registration fee will not be refunded or transferred to others.

如政府宣佈表例處所需要暫停/ 天文台於課堂前兩小時，發出或考慮發出黑色暴雨訊號或八號或以上風球，課堂取消 。Lesson cancel If the government announces that scheduled premises need to be suspended/the observatory issues or considers issuing a black rainstorm signal or a typhoon signal No. 8 or above two hours before class.

課程取消或額滿之課程將另行通知，退款將會盡快退還。If the class is canceled or the class is full, we will notify you separately and the refund will be refunded as soon as possible.

學費會於每月的第1堂向學員收取。Tuition fees will be collected from students on the first class of each month.

本公司會於課堂拍攝及錄影作宣傳用途。Our company will take photos and videos during classes for promotional purposes.

參加者必須確保在報名表格上之資料正確無誤。Participants must ensure that the information on the registration form is correct.

參加者理解及同意活動屬自願參與性質，每位參加者須就參與活動時的身體狀況及行為承擔一切參與活動相關的風險,包括但不限於跌倒、與其他參加者發生碰撞或其他危險、路面上的危險、或由於自然和天氣狀況造成的地面危險或墜落物體引起的危險。Participants understand and agree that participation in the activity is voluntary, and each participant must bear all risks related to participating in the activity in terms of physical condition and behaviour during the activity, including but not limited to falls, collisions with other participants or other dangers, road surface Hazards on the ground, or on the ground due to natural and weather conditions, or from falling objects.

每位參加者同意他/她有責任確定其身體有否足夠體力及健康安全地參與是次活動。任何因已知或懷疑其身體不適合或未能安全地參加活動的人士，本公司保留禁止/取消該任何人士參與的權利。Each participant agrees that it is his/her responsibility to determine whether he/she is physically fit, healthy and safe to participate in this activity.
